Guides
Tour guides in Israel are licensed with the Israeli Ministry of Tourism and must pass through a rigorous course before they can qualify and be licensed. This ensures that only the highest quality applicants can actually guide visitors and groups around the country. 

The level of commitment needed to successfully become an Israel tour guide means that guides have to be knowledgeable, and passionate about their work.

Tour guides are only licensed for the languages they can guide in, which means that you should always specify what language you want.  

Almost all Israeli tour guides speak Hebrew or English or both, quite a few are licensed in Arabic, Spanish, French, German and Russian.    
 
Some other languages are also available.

Mitzpe Revivim is one of the first Negev outposts created in 1943. Today, it is a museum that can be enjoyed by the whole family. This is a Douglas DC3 of the fledgling Israeli Air force in 1948.
