1. Booking and Payment 

1.1. All bookings must be confirmed with a valid reservation request, and a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.  

1.2. The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the start of the tour, unless otherwise agreed.  

1.3. Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or other specified methods.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy  

2.1. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled tour will receive a full refund minus any applicable deposit or administrative fees. 

2.2. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable, unless the guide cancels.  

2.3. In the event of force majeure (e.g., weather, natural disasters, government restrictions), tours may be rescheduled or refunded at the guide’s discretion.

3. Tour Duration and Schedule 

3.1. The scheduled duration of the tour is approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.  

3.2. Clients are encouraged to arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour time without refund.

4. Conduct and Responsibilities

4.1. Clients are expected to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of the tour guide.  

4.2. The guide reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the tour if clients behave in a disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful manner.  

4.3. Clients are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings during the tour.

5. Health and Safety

5.1. Clients must disclose any health conditions or special needs that may affect their participation.  

5.2. The guide will take reasonable precautions to ensure safety but is not liable for injuries or accidents that occur during the tour.

6. Liability and Insurance

6.1. The tour guide is responsible for providing the agreed services but is not liable for personal injuries, loss, or damage incurred during the tour unless caused by negligence.  

6.2. Clients are advised to have appropriate travel insurance covering personal injury, cancellation, and loss of belongings.

7. Photography and Media 

7.1. Clients agree that photos or videos taken during the tour may be used for promotional purposes unless they explicitly request otherwise.

8. Force Majeure

8.1. The guide shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond their control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or restrictions imposed by authorities.

9. Amendments

9.1. These Terms and Conditions may be amended at any time, with the updated version posted on the website or provided upon request.

10. Governing Law

10.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel.

11. Acceptance of Terms

11.1 By booking a tour, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
