Jerusalem, The British Mandate - Wed 19th Nov
The British ruled the Land of Israel from 1920 to 1948, and they left an indelible impression on Jerusalem. We see some places, buildings, and hear some stories of the Mandate years. This walking tour is approx 2hrs. There is no coach transport arranged for this tour. We meet independently, in the Old City of Jerusalem at 13:30 on Wednesday, 19th November. The exact meeting point will be announced a short time before the tour on our WhatsApp group. The tour is about 2 hours. You must book in advance. Cash payments on the day will not be accepted. Ticket price is per person. An additional charge will apply for optional access into a museum. Tickets are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable, so if you change your mind or can't go on the tour for whatever reason, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. If the tour is cancelled by the organisers for whatever reason, you will get a full refund. Don't forget to bring sunscreen, a hat and closed walking shoes. Please be prepared to bring suitable rain wear if the forecast requires it. We expect the tour to ahead in all but extreme weather. Looking forward to seeing you!
