From ancient times to the British, why were so many battles fought here? There is no coach transport arranged for this tour. We meet independently inside the entrance building and gift shop at 12:30. Please ensure you pay the entrance charge to the National Park before we meet. The payment you make here is for the guiding only. The tour is approximately 2-3 hours. You must book in advance for the guiding. Cash payments on the day will not be accepted. Tickets for the guiding are non-refundable. They are, however, transferable, so if you change your mind or can't go on the tour for whatever reason, you can transfer the ticket to someone else. If the tour is cancelled by the organisers for whatever reason, you will get a full refund. It is recommended you bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat and wear closed shoes suitable for walking on sometimes rough terrain. Please be prepared to bring suitable rain wear if the forecast requires it. We expect the tour to ahead in all but extreme weather. Looking forward to seeing you!
